Our next art show, Wear/There, brings together illustration, fashion, and live performance with Brooklyn-based artist Elina Ansary.

In collaboration with Amalya Meira, Elina created a series of hand-painted illustrations inspired by our Curious Silhouette II presentation at 6BC Garden. The collaboration began with Elina painting directly onto textiles, transformed into living silhouettes by Amalya, and has since evolved into a fuller collection — where painting and garment continue to create an intimate dialogue between Elina’s art and Amalya’s silhouettes.

The resulting pieces will be on view and available to shop in-store, inviting you to experience the collection beyond the garden and into a more intimate setting.

Throughout the evening, Elina will also be creating live illustrations of guests wearing the garments she painted, bringing the artwork off the canvas and into the room.
